Where We Ship

 We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APOs, and FPOs. Whether you’re on the mainland or stationed abroad, we’ll make sure your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) supplies get to you.

Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their items within a few business days. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier schedules.

Shipping Costs

In many cases, your CGM may be covered by insurance — including shipping. If any cost applies, we’ll let you know before confirming your order. We do not charge hidden fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of the original shipment date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our support team and we’ll walk you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a solution that works for you.
